A small but essential part of the tent. Previous rain cap fell apart after 6 years of serious camping (more than 6 months spent in the tent). Only concern was courier cost for 2 tiny replacement rain caps. Would be good to send tiny bits by post, rather than the expensive courier but BC were very help when I phoned trying to explain the bit i needed and pointed me to the correct name and where to find on the website. Great service, but as i said just a bit expensive to courier the tiny items to me.

This was an all round brilliant buying experience. My enquiry was responded to quickly and efficiently. The part that I needed was at a good price and was dispatched and delivered quickly. A good company to do business with. Thankyou.

Love this - really helps with the set up and take down process

The fan worked and I was happy with both the light and fan functionalities, and I liked having the remote control.

I removed 1 star purely because it was not as heavy duty as I’d assumed it would be from the picture and the blades look flimsy when I opened the box. So my immediate reaction was I wished I’d bought the other fan/light that I was considering which was only a little bit more expensive. But I took it with me as I didn’t have time to return it before my trip. And as per the headline it did the job, so I had no complaints once I actually began to use it, and if anything I’m glad I didn’t have the potentially heavier fan as I have mobility issues and try to keep my items as light as I can.

Lovely set of guy ropes, bought to replace our originals (another brand bell tent) because I wanted the reflective rope, which is a feature I value especially when camping in closer quarters like at a festival or in a group.
Of note: not a problem for me as I have a smaller tent, but all the ropes are the same (shorter) length, when the larger tents come with a longer one for the front central line. Something to add as an option maybe?

Recently bought an extra set of rebar pegs for my tent protector/ flysheet. These are the same as the ones for the guy ropes on the bell tent: once you've put these in with a mallet everything is securely anchored, giving great peace of mind when things turn gusty!
As with everything else I've had from BC, these are top quality and suitably robust. Prompt delivery and excellent service,as usual. They don't get all those 5* reviews for nothing!!👍

I was asked by a fellow 4m bell tent owner from this site 'Are you sure this is the same size?', 'I ordered the 4m' I replied. It did fit, but barely. The original bag had space once the whole tent was in for the protector cover as well. Whilst this bag barely fit my poles in... Also my tent is one of the colour variants. It would have been nice to be able to by a direct replacement. It just felt off seeing my wonderful blue and purple tent in a buff bag. Very off.

The replacement poles were all right. Seemed to be good construction. Sucks that I had to replace the poles on two tents in a little over a year.

good professional company to deal with

Great addition, shorten the guide ropes and use these to create the perfect bell tent shape. We have struggled to get the shape before but with these it looks great. Buying some more to have one on every rope.

I bought a canvas triangle tent tarp last year and it came with 2 rebar pegs. I was most impressed with them so I tried to order them but sold out. I know why as they are excellent sturdy pegs! I preordered them and arrived recently.
A solid bit of kit that will hold whatever the weather. They even came in a heavy duty waterproof bag so no need to worry about getting the bag dirty!
My Bell tent and triangle tarp will be securely anchored with these pegs as we do get strong winds in Scotland!
I also love the triangle tarp as gives privacy in a campsite, a sheltered area for boots and a dry place to store wood for the stove.Also a brilliant add on to keep the wind, rain and snow from the entrance.
Very pleased with the quality of both my purchases and the great service received.

Saved mine and others weekend from being spoiled
