When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email immediately to advise we have your order in our system.

All goods ordered before 1pm (GMT) Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day. Once the order is dispatched you will be sent an email with the tracking number for your consignment. Most our UK deliveries will be made by DPD and deliveries are made between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.

Please add your Mobile number to the order and they will text you hour window when to expect it on the day of delivery.

If you are ordering over the weekend, we will not be able to deliver on Monday.

At Boutique Camping we try our utmost to keep our customers happy. We will do our best to have your goods delivered in the UK next day, however, we do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery and can not be held responsible for any delays incurred by our courier service. In most cases, goods will be received the next day if ordered before 1pm but occasionally can take up to 2-3 days. Please only contact us if you have not received your goods after this time.

Please note that large orders may need to be sent by pallet rather than courier, this will depend on the volume of products been ordered. Please allow 7 working days for delivery in the UK for orders of 20 or more products.

If your order includes any 'pre-order' items, our system will naturally hold the whole order until all items are in stock and ready to be sent.

If you'd prefer we split your order and dispatch what is in stock, please drop us an email at info@boutiquecamping.com with your order number and request.

Products delivered to you by one of our courier services offers a maximum of two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable a note will usually be left. In this case you will need to re-arrange delivery with the courier service directly. If delivery fails again because someone is not available to accept it, or you have supplied an incorrect delivery address, you will be charged in full for re-delivery, even if delivery was originally offered free or at a discounted rate.

If you decide to instruct your courier to leave the item in a specific location without signing for delivery, you may do so at your own risk, Boutique Camping will not cover or be held responsible for any loss or damage of the item/s.

Our tents come with a 12-month warranty which covers any manufacturing defects such as missing parts, faulty stitching, or problems that have occurred at the factory or in transit. Due to the complexity of camping our warranty does not apply to damage that is not from a manufacturing defect, such as damage transpired from hostile environments or misuse. We advise that if your tent has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipment, to take pictures of the packaging and the damage and contact us on info@boutiquecamping.com right away so we are able to assess the defect/damage and resolve the issue immediately.

For manufacturing defects and damage during transit, we offer our customers a ‘Swap it Service’ for deliveries within the UK; our courier will come to you with the new product and swap it at your doorstep for the old one. For returns from outside of the UK we will ask you to arrange the shipping of the goods back to us and we will credit you the shipping amount upon receiving a receipt showing the full amount. We will also request a tracking number for products returned so we are able to track the parcel.

We value our ongoing customer support and therefore will endeavour to solve any issues that you may have. If the warranty does not cover the damage, we can put you in touch with some third party recommended repair companies:

Please note these are only estimated delivery times and your orders may arrive earlier or later than that listed.
Please allow 14 working days for orders over 20 items to be delivered outside the UK.

Items being delivered 'Rest Of The World' may be subject to import fees which you will be responsible for paying.

We don't have any control over this and you should contact your local customs office to enquire about import fees. You must accept responsibility and consider the custom laws for any orders you place to be delivered outside of the UK or EU.

We will not be responsible for any items destroyed or held in customs following your breach of any laws in the country of delivery. No refund or compensation will be given for any orders that are destroyed or held in customs.

Our warehouse is located in Clacton On Sea and is open weekdays 9-5pm. We do not promote a collection service, but in the case of an emergency MAY be able to accomodate this. To enquire about this, please get in touch by call or via info@boutiquecamping.com so we can liaise with our warehouse team.

If you are able to arrange your own third party or freight courier, then you can get them to come straight into our warehouse to collect it so they can then ship it to your chosen destination. All we ask is that you can confirm the date and time they will be arriving for collection so we can have everything ready.

All prices on our website include duty taxes and fees and so you will not have to pay any additional fees etc. However, this is only for delivery countries in Europe, America, Canada or Australia.

If your delivery destination is not included in the above, please contact us first so we can generate a bespoke shipping quote and we will advise what is included in the shipping price.

For small-medium orders, depending on warehouse space availability at the time of your order, we may be able to hold your placed order until a preferred dispatch date. As we endeavour to dispatch orders on the same day, you will need to contact us with immediate effect of placing your order so that we can liaise these changes with our warehouse and couriers.

Once your order has left our warehouse, we unfortunately be able to make any changes.
