The tent is great and so much space but in a moderate to strong wind the inside poles snapped. Unfortunately that's ended camping with the kids for the summer holidays.....

This tent brings camping to the next level. There is enough room to make a home away from home. Paralleled with the ease that a single person can pitch the Luna Bell this perfect for me and my family!

I always swore I would never go smaller than a 5m bell tent but the 4m Luna is huge by comparison because the high walls give so much more usable space.
The only minor drawback is the height of the door is compromised by the slope of the canopy. Having been used to a Touareg and a 5m Luna it is going to take a little bit of getting used to having to stoop to get into my tent.

Just got back from our first weekend camping in our new tent. We upgraded from a 5m classic bell we bought from BC back in 2017. We are very pleased with our new tent and surprised by how huge it is! My 6"2 husband loves the extra height of the Luna. We are now looking at adding an inner tent. We have knocked off a star as the tent rebar pegs the luna came with are not a patch on the quality of the ones we had with our previous tent from BC. 8 years of camping 3-4 times a year, and not a single break or bend. The new ones all have broken tips already, one has a bend and one broke completely! The ground wasn't even bad. So we have swapped the pegs over from our old tent, but obviously the luna uses more, so we will have to buy them. Disappointed but that was the only issue.

We bought the 7m Bell Tent and have been delighted. The whole set up looks like it is thought out in detail and using quality materials. Despite the cost of shipping to Spain for a 60kg tent it was well worth it.
Special mention should be made of the after sales service we received from Kevin. We had a problem with customs who wanted to charge us a cost that was not appropriate and Kevin took care of everything in a very efficient way, in two days we had the product at home.

Really happy with our tent,it looks amazing, we went to Dorset on a family holiday and and a few inner poles snapped due to strong winds and camping boutique send out new poles to us for next day delivery, thankyou Sam for the amazing customer service üòä

Absolutely love it! Upgraded to a 5m Luna from a 4m Classic Bell. Already been away for the weekend and the extra space and height was all that we’d hoped for. The windows will require a small mindset change and I think a creative solution is required for the window guy ropes when not in use. If I was being picky, the positioning of the interior pockets is wrong … shame … spoils the lines … the lower seam would have worked better … but overall, this is a quality tent, still offering the “beauty” of the bell but with the additional practicality of increased head height. Exactly what we were looking for. Our original bell tent was a wonderful introduction to canvas camping but we’re super happy we made the switch to the Luna or, as we affectionately call it, the onion!

I would actually rate "quality" as a 5, but was looking for a category like "product design" to offer some constructive feedback, as I think there are some design flaws that could easily be fixed.

We're 2 weeks into living in this tent for the summer, and this is our experience so far in a mild to hot, humid, and rainy environment (upstate New York, USA):

Pros:
-the fabric and sewing are high quality! We expect this to last for a long time (we have the Polycotton Lite 200 GSM)
-it has weathered some heavy rain really well!
-easy to set up, with clear, easy-to-read instructions
-beautiful design, comfortable and spacious inside
-it has some smart design features, like loops to hang lights from and a zippered slit near the door to run wires through - super handy for a light string or anything else that requires power.
-the floor is very thick/durable, and stands up to sticks and other pokey things really well.
-the company is awesome to work with - great customer service, lots of detailed information, quick delivery.

Cons:
-the windows have the screen on the inside and the fabric on the outside, meaning you can only open and close the fabric of the windows from the outside of the tent. This means that if you want good airflow & ventilation overnight and go to bed with the windows open, and then it starts raining, you have to get up and put your shoes on and go outside just to zip the windows closed. Our workaround has been to stake the window flaps up outside to keep rain from coming in, but this decreases airflow and visibility out a lot. That feels like a significant design issue to us that could be easily changed moving forward by simply having the fabric zip and roll up from the inside.
-window eaves, like a smaller version of the door eave, would also allow for windows to be open in a light rain. In short, managing this tent in the rain in hot weather is a little tricky.
-the screen mesh is white, which creates an overall "opaque" feeling that's harder to see through than many tent screens.
-love the loops to hang lights from; however, there are no loops above the door, so if you're running a light string around the inside, you can only string them part of the way around.
-the 3-zipper door design feels a little clunky/awkward (separate zippers on each side of the door plus along the floor), and you can never get it fully zipped up, so little insects will get in. We haven't had too much of an issue with this, but it would be nice if it sealed up more fully.

Overall, we love the tent, and are just trying to be creative with how to manage the windows in the rain.

I’m so pleased with the Luna Bell. The quality is top notch. I like the feel of warmth the atmosphere gives inside while staying connected to the earth and elements. It has stood strong through rain and winds. I put a wood burning stove in mine and can truly call this my home. There are plenty of loops and fasteners to attach whatever your needs are; lights, dried herbs, clothesline, etc. I love the round windows and the feminine shape. It gives it a softness that is soothing to the nervous system. I look forward to many years of sipping tea by the fire and exploring this beautiful earth🔥

The zippers and stakes are sturdy and nice! The tent is huge and the setup took fourty minutes!

I adore my bell tent. Just took it camping 5 days in Moab and it was a dream, easy to set up and super roomy and sturdy, Exactly what I wanted!

Great shape and size, love the extra head height compared to the bell tent we had. Inner tent didn't securely fix into the tent, but we received a partial refund to recognise the inconvenience and have worked around it. Customer service was quick and efficient.

The design of this tent makes it really big inside. Love the design. Great addition to our tent Glamping business.

Absolutely fantastic. Before it arrived I was thinking it might be a bit too big, but it's a great size, and quality is amazing. Putting it up was pretty easy, and the pegs supplied are sufficiently heavy duty. This is going to get a lot of use, and a great addition to the summer garden.

Great tent, easy to set up, stands up to gusty winds and heavy rain. High quality tent steaks, and mallet included. Took about 30 minutes to set up and take down. Fits easily into the very sturdy tent bag. Everything was high quality. This is the best tent I've ever had.
