This version of the Classic Bell Tent is made from a new upgraded high-quality Oxford Ultralite 175gsm (5oz) fabric, which is not only lightweight & waterproof but is also treated with water, UV, mould, and rot-repelling agent to ensure durability and longevity. Preferred by campers due to its luxury look and feel, the upgraded fabric now has a matte finish, making it hard to tell apart from its canvas & cotton siblings.

As always, the Classic Bell Tent boasts several innovative features that make it the perfect choice for practical, no-fuss campers seeking thrills in abundance. The 5m tent has an extra tall door height, double-layered mesh doors and windows for ventilation, a zippable groundsheet, a centre pole that beautifully hangs a chandelier or inner tent, and much more!

This evolution marks a major step forward for our range, and with it comes a decision: we’re retiring our original 100gsm and 230gsm Oxford fabrics. In their place stands our improved hybrid Oxford - meticulously engineered to be stronger, smarter, and more satisfying to live with. Our original 100gsm Oxford was ideal for portability: easy to pitch, easy to pack, and perfect for festival-hopping or weekend getaways. On the other hand, the 230gsm version offered enhanced strength and a more substantial feel, but at the cost of weight. We knew the perfect fabric would combine the strengths of both - and that’s exactly what we’ve achieved... but even better! By blending the best qualities of our 100gsm and 230gsm textiles, our new and improved Oxford fabric delivers: A lighter carry weight without compromising structure Improved resistance to wear and tear An overall smoother, more premium matte finish It’s the perfect balance for campers seeking bell-tent comfort and style without the long-term maintenance of canvas.

Unfortunately, due to our oxford fabric being a synthetic material, you cannot install a wood burning stove inside your Multi-Colour Classic Bell Tent. If you want a 'Hot Tenting' set up, our Classic Bell Tent is also available in polycotton & fire-retardant cotton that comes with a stove hole.

The Multi-Colour Classic Bell Tent is great for festivals for many reasons! They are lightweight so easier to carry, they are 100% waterproof and can be easily cleaned and dried, they are also stand-out meaning you will be able to find your tent easier in the field!

The Classic Bell Tent is by far our easiest and quickest tent to pitch, with the smallest 3m/9t size taking as little as 5 minutes! The larger you go, and if you decide on a multi-door action will naturally take longer and may help to have a second pair of hands.

The Classic Bell Tent can be pitched easily by just one person.

Yes, all of our canopies and awnings are compatible with the Multi-Colour Classic Bell Tent and will provide your tent with extended shelter that will keep you and your belongings cool in the summer and dry from downpours.
