While a flashing kit provides the safe exit point for a flue when the stove is in use, there are plenty of times—whether during hotter adventures or trips where the stove simply isn’t needed—when you’ll want to cover the opening. This clever perspex insert ensures that your tent stays fully protected, no matter the weather.

Designed to fit neatly into the flashing kit’s existing structure, the perspex disc slots between the inner and outer plates and is then secured in place with screws. Once fitted, it creates a durable, watertight seal that prevents rain, dirt, and draughts from entering through the stove hole—keeping the inside of your tent dry, comfortable, and ready to enjoy. The clear finish also lets in natural light, creating a subtle “porthole” effect without compromising protection.
