We have been using the nova dome tents for 4 years now and we absolutely love them. There’s just nothing like this on the market. The inflatable beams make the inside of tent so much more spacious than a standard bell tent.

The Nova Air is perfect for our workshops on the flower farm - with its generous head room and pole-free construction we can comfortably cater for groups of 6-8 participants plus tables and equipment.

Upgrades

Nova Upgrades & Improvements
Selling out our first batch of Nova Air Domes in 2021, we've since made a few improvements, including a stronger central apex for better stability, optional inner tent fittings for a cozier sleep, and window tie-outs for improved ventilation.
Durability

Nova Durability
To enhance the Nova Air Dome's durability, the fabric has been treated with a UV, rot, and water-repellent agent for longevity. Guy ropes have been replaced with resilient webbing straps, and the eight TPU tubes now have double canvas walls for added protection and reinforced shape.
Inclusions

Nova Inclusions
Like all our tents, the Nova Air Dome comes neatly packed in its bag with attached webbing straps & guy ropes, a detachable groundsheet, a mallet, smooth pegs for the base, rebar pegs for staking out the guy ropes, all structural components, and a spares bag. We've also included a manual pump, but you can upgrade to an electric pump for even faster inflation.

On your first pitch the Nova Air Dome may take up to 20 minutes to pitch, however the more you practice the process the quicker it will become... the experts here have got it down to 5 minutes! Whilst it's not vital, having an extra pair of hands will make pitching the tent easier, especially when you're reached around 50% of the inflation and will need to gently push the roof upwards from the inside of the tents to help the airflow get through the tubes.
Yes, the fabric has been treated with a water repelling agent to ensure dry adventures! On your first pitch, or even when practising in the garden, you may want to 'weather' the fabric. Weathering a tent (also known as "seasoning" a tent) is the process of exposing it to water to help seal the fabric and stitching before actual use. This is especially important for cotton and polycotton tents, as their seams often have tiny needle holes from manufacturing. This is not a vital step, for it your preditcting your tents adventure to face a heavy downpour, it is advised.
All of our tents are deisgned to pitched outdoors. We have however seen customers attempt indoor set ups by using weights and various heavy items to to keep the base down and webbing straps attached, but for your saftety and the tents, we do not recommend this.
Yes you can, we've seen many of our customers and trade install a wood burning stove in their tent. Although it is not fire retardant, the Nova Air Dome is a breathable fabric so allows ventilation. The fabric does not come with a stove flap installed so it will be up to you do this, however the perk of this means you can position wherever you like in the tent. You can see how here. Please be advised to get the correct accessories; flashing kit, heat mat, and a carbon monoxide detector.
Of course, this will speed up the pitching process and also allow your arms some respite. Just ensure the PSI is between 8-10 (manual or electric)!
Yes, our second batch of the Nova Air Dome Tents have plastic rings on the beams and a central hook to attach an inner tent. Like with all accessories, you can get 10% off when purchasing together with the tent.
